To sell physical products, you also need to first create a new post, then select the "Physical product" type in the "Product Type" field under the "Product Attributes" section at the bottom, and enter information such as the price, stock quantity, product size/weight. Additionally, you must select a shipping template and a tax template (this is mandatory, even if you have set uniform shipping fees and tax rates for all regions).
After the buyer has completed payment, you need to enter the logistics information (logistics company and tracking number) obtained after shipment into the corresponding order in the backend via Shop → Orders, and change the order status to "delivered". Once you update the logistics information in the order, SucShop will automatically send an email notification to the user informing them that the item has been shipped.
